HOW TO USE

Clean and lightly moisten the contact area with water or a water-based conductive gel. Position both metal pads flat against your skin, turn on the device, and begin at intensity level 1. Increase the intensity gradually until the sensation feels noticeable but comfortable.

WHY CAN’T I FEEL THE EMS PULSES?
